Why refer your patient to Spine & Sport Physical Therapy?

Because we use an innovative approach based in research and technology to prescribe plans for your patients that address their individual needs.

We take a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation. Each patient will work with a team of like-minded experts who are familiar with the patient’s history. Our clinical team includes Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT), physical therapy assistants, athletic trainers and occupational therapists, and each may contribute to your patient’s care.

Our multidisciplinary approach is completely collaborative, both internally and with you, the referring doctor.
