PT, DPT
Jamie A. To, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Spine and Sport Physical Therapy in Pasadena, California. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Azusa Pacific University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Applied Fitness and Active Lifestyle Development from California State University, Northridge.
Dr. To’s clinical experience spans outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and pediatrics. Her training includes work at Adventist Health Glendale’s Play to Learn Center, where she treated children with developmental, musculoskeletal, neurological, and genetic conditions. She also developed orthopedic and sports-focused skills at Catz Physical Therapy and California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized, evidence‑based rehabilitation plans for patients of all ages.
Before becoming a physical therapist, Dr. To worked as a physical therapy aide, personal trainer, and recreation center manager, building a strong foundation in exercise prescription, functional movement coaching, and patient education. She is certified in Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) and is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. To is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hiking, climbing, fishing, and camping. Her love for movement, nature, and recreation deeply influences her approach to patient care. She is dedicated to helping individuals return to the activities they love and empowering them to live life fully, confidently, and on their own terms.
