From the front desk to the Therapists, they are all friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and great listeners. I had a car accident with whiplash, unfortunately I had to move on to Pain Management injections, but this place is hands down the best around. I hope to be following up with them soon. Fyi, Kendra does the absolute BEST massage!

In a bad accident, my femur, fib&tib::all open compound brakes in Aug 2022. I do believe that if I wouldn’t have come here when I ready for PT, I wouldn’t have been able to get to where I am now. Started 5 months, 2x a week. I am working with Daniel, he is great! He pushes me and wants that progression as much as I do. It really helps to have someone so enthusiastic in your corner, guiding you and educating you. I would say I am about 50% or so to my goals:: mountain biking, backpacking, climbing…my BIG goal is to be able to do kickboxing/Shoshu again. *I’ll update when I get back into these activities again. And I will :) Thank all of you at Results! Everyone is incredibly kind and patient. Daniel, if you read this:: thank you, thank you, thank you!! A lot of it is your own determination, for sure! You put in the effort and do your PT routine at home, you will progress! I drive an hour to and from, 2x a week… I highly recommend this practice.

Robert A. is an amazing therapist and human being. I've been in rehab long enough to know the mental game is big and must be attended to. Robert knows how to inspire, encourage, listen, care, and ask you to take the risks you need to maximize living in a body of muscle and bones. Peacefully accepting the body you are in each day and finding joy in what that day gives, while working to get stronger and more flexible really gives so much life back! Keep up the amazing work.

Hands down the worst place and the most incompetent physical therapist I've ever experienced. I wish I could remember the physical therapist's name so I could warn others, but I think I blocked her from my mind. She came into the room and her attitude made me feel like I was wasting her time. After a very brief scan of my condition, with her shoes on, she got up on the bed where I was sitting, touched me in a couple of places, then got down and told me to lie down. When I asked her if she could first wipe down the bed (this was at the height of COVID), as she had just walked all over it with her outside shoes, she rudely told me that I should get home care if I was worried about germs! Then she proceeded to give me a very brief overview of some exercises, then told me to perform them. I have an educational background in occupational therapy and kinesiology, so I wasn't new to the exercises she was asking me to perform. She was very far off in explaining them accurately, and she barely even looked at me to see if I was doing them correctly. When I was done (after about 10-15 minutes), she couldn't get me out of the room fast enough. A complete waste of time--and if I didn't have knowledge of proper form, she could have done a lot of damage in a short amount of time. As a bonus, you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the elevator, which was very painful since I had broken my back just a couple of months prior. Furthermore, the front waiting area was dirty. They asked me to sit in a chair that looked like a pack of wild coyotes had torn it apart. It had holes in it, and the foam stuffing was coming out. With my broken back, I chose to stand for nearly half an hour. I can't believe a place like this is still in business!

Commonly Asked Questions & What to Expect During Your PT Treatment

Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

For your first visit, be sure to bring the following items:

  • Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable)
  • Government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Patient forms, which can be downloaded from this site in PDF format. Print and fill out the forms completely and bring them during your first visit.
  • Patients who are minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first visit.

What should I wear to physical therapy?

Please wear or bring comfortable athletic/workout clothing to change into. This includes shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt and sneakers. Your attire should also allow easy access to your injured area for treatment by your physical therapist.

What can I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will perform a thorough examination, in which he or she will review your physician’s recommendations, examine the problem area, ask questions about your injury or pain, develop an effective treatment plan for rehabilitation, discuss their findings with you and answer any questions you may have. Your treatment plan may include hands-on, manual therapy, a customized exercise program, stretching and physical agents such as heat, ice, ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Your physical therapist may also recommend a home program to further assist in your treatment.

How long will my appointment take?

Your first appointment will typically last from 45 minutes to an hour and a half, depending on your injury. Following appointments usually last between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on the treatment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment for check-in and paperwork. You can also download our patient forms, which can be filled out beforehand and brought with to your appointment.

How often will I need to come?

The frequency of your treatment will depend on your physician’s prescription and the plan of care developed by your physical therapist. Most patients require treatment two to three times per week. The duration of treatment will depend on your injury and personal progress. Your physical therapist will discuss this with you following your initial exam and subsequently as you progress.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. However, we do understand than an occasional emergency or illness may arise, in which case you may have to cancel your appointment closer to your scheduled time.

Do you accept insurances? Will insurance cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. Before your initial visit, we will verify in and out of network benefits with your insurance company. The cost of therapy is determined by the benefits of your insurance plan, including the deductible and co-pay, or patient percentage. We are happy to check with your insurance company to determine the terms of your coverage. Payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.

Do you offer complimentary consultations?

We are proud to offer complimentary injury screenings with one of our certified licensed specialists who will discuss your area of discomfort and offer suggestions for next steps in care, if appropriate. For your convenience, consultations will last no longer than 15 minutes and are available over the phone or in person. To request a complimentary screening, after entering your ZIP code in the location look up, simply select 'Free Consultation' and proceed to fill out your information.
