Frank R. Navratil III
PTA
Frank Navratil was born in Twentynine Palms, Ca but raised in Texas following his father’s departure from military service. In 2004, after graduating from Whitesboro High School in Whitesboro, Tx, he joined the United States Marine Corps on August 2nd of that year. Upon completion of Boot Camp in South Carolina and training at Infantry Training Battalion in North Carolina, he began his military career as and 0311 Infantry Marine. Frank was assigned to various infantry units and made multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom as well as cooperation training missions throughout Africa, Japan, Thailand, and the Philippines. He ultimately attained the rank of Gunnery Sergeant (E7) and retired, completing 20 years of honorable service in 2024.
After completing his military service, Frank wanted to find a way to maintain and continue helping people with their general health and wellbeing along with physical fitness. His wife, Rebecca, recommended physical therapy which led him to attending the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program at American Career College, Ontario, Ca. It was here that he discovered a natural ability to teach and help those with medical related deficiencies. Frank graduated from the PTA program in June of 2026 and has since been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant Licensed Applicant (PTALA) and now PTA. He has developed an interest in manual therapy, particularly involving the spine and shoulders. Frank believes that the ability to work closely with other therapists allows for the sharing of information and best practices when it comes to helping patients, which ultimately makes this field or respective clinic(s) more efficient and treatment flexible with the variety of techniques available.
Frank is excited to be a part of the PRN and Spine and Sport family and is eager to see where his career goes from here with the support of wife, daughter Sophie, and son Frankie. If there are others interested in sharing personal workout tips/ techniques or wants to team up for a Spartan Race… LET’S GO!
