MDRS Purpose:

MDRS was established to carry out a comprehensive and unique approach to physical training and injury recovery and prevention by establishing state-of-the-art Spine & Sport active care treatment centers. Each Spine & Sport center is committed to providing the highest quality of continually improving physical care by utilizing exercise based, measurement driven, standardized, cost effective protocols.

MDRS Mission:

To become the leading provider of musculoskeletal care, "the standard" by which all musculoskeletal ailments are treated and measured. The key to modeling this "standard" is successful standardization of physical therapy through measurement driven treatment protocols and exercise and strengthening programs designed to restore function.

Core Values:

We are in the business of preserving, improving and measuring the performance of the musculoskeletal system. All of our actions must be measured by our success in achieving this goal.

All of our employees must be empowered within our company. Everyone is important and serves a core function otherwise we have lost our focus. We will therefore do our best to provide an environment for therapists and employees that is stimulating, encourages self esteem, promotes continuing education, and challenges each employee to continuous improvement and professional development, and therefore better capable of providing the best care for our patients.
